FlaRa Sourdough Pita (4 Pack)

4.8See reviews ↓
  • Baked to order — made for your delivery, not a shelf
  • Long-fermented — real process, no preservatives
  • Arrives the same week it's baked — never more than a few days old
The pita that actually pockets.

Four naturally leavened sourdough pitas from FlaRa — Flavia and Rafael, the husband-and-wife team baking in small batches on the North Shore. Made with the same wild starter and long ferment as their loaves, cooked on a hot griddle until they puff and blister. Soft and pillowy with just enough tang, a thin crust that tears cleanly, and a pocket that holds together under a full load.

Best for: hummus and dips, falafel wraps, grilled chicken pockets, mezze boards
Cooks like: warm in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side, or wrap in foil and heat in a 350° oven for 5 minutes

Handling: best within 2 to 3 days of delivery; freeze individually and warm directly from frozen
Naturally leavened. Griddle-cooked. Made locally in small batches.
