Iron & Acre Return & Refund Policy

At Iron & Acre, we stand by the quality of every box we send out. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered, except in cases of damage or error.

๐Ÿšซ Perishable Item Policy

Because our boxes contain fresh, perishable food (meat, eggs, and produce), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has left our careโ€”unless there is a documented issue with your order. If you received the wrong item, something arrived damaged, or your box was compromised during delivery, please reach out within 24 hours of receipt and include photos if applicable. Weโ€™ll do our best to make it right.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Non-Perishable Returns (Merchandise, Apparel, etc.)

If youโ€™ve purchased non-perishable merchandise from us (e.g., hats, shirts, etc.), we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible:

โ€ข The item must be unused, in its original packaging

โ€ข You must provide proof of purchase

To start a return, email info@ironandacremeats.com with your order number and reason for return. If accepted, weโ€™ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

โŒ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

โ€ข Perishable goods (food, meat, eggs, produce)

โ€ข Gift cards or sale items

โ€ข Personal care goods or custom products

โ€ข Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

๐Ÿ” Exchanges

For eligible non-perishable items, the fastest way to exchange is to return your item (if approved) and place a new order.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ EU Customers โ€“ 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your non-perishable merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

๐Ÿ’ต Refunds

If your return is approved, weโ€™ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
