Welcome to another delivery week at Iron & Acre. Here’s everything you need to know as we head into Thursday’s farm-to-door drop.

🌱 What’s Fresh This Cycle

Harvest is looking strong this week. Our farmers pulled an exceptional batch across proteins, eggs, and produce. Here’s the quick rundown:

🥚 Eggs

The hens have been consistent even with the colder weather. Yolks are deep orange and packed with flavor — perfect for breakfast bowls or baking.

🍗 Chicken

This is one of the best weeks we’ve had for chicken. Lean, clean, and incredibly tender. If you’ve been waiting for a good week to stock up, this is the one.

🥩 Beef

Beautiful marbling showing up across the cuts we’re getting from our partner farms. Several members asked for more ground beef options, so you’ll see that reflected this week.

🥕 Produce

Winter root vegetables are coming in crisp and full of flavor. Think carrots, onions, and squash — the kind that make cold-weather cooking easy.

🔥 A Quick Recipe Idea: Weeknight Honey-Garlic Chicken

You probably have most of this on hand. It’s fast, clean, and family-friendly.

You’ll need:

  • 1 lb Iron & Acre chicken
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt + pepper

How to make it:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Sear in a hot pan until golden.
  3. Add honey + soy.
  4. Reduce heat and let the sauce thicken.
  5. Serve with roasted carrots or spinach.

Simple. Quick. Reliable.
