About This Product

Wild salmon that’s light, clean, and made for weeknight cooking.

Two 5 to 7 ounce portions of wild-caught Keta salmon from Sitka Seafood Market, a family fishery in Alaska founded by second-generation fisherman Marsh. Line-caught on small boats and flash-frozen within days of harvest—not weeks later in a warehouse. Compared to Coho, Keta is naturally leaner with a milder flavor and delicate, flaky texture, making it perfect for fish tacos, grain bowls, fresh salads, or simply grilled with lemon and herbs.

Best for: grilling, fish tacos, salads, grain bowls, sheet-pan dinners, weeknight meals
Cooks like: medium-high heat, skin-side down first — 3 to 4 minutes per side; avoid overcooking to preserve its delicate texture
Handling: thaw overnight in the refrigerator; cook within 24 hours of thawing for best flavor

Wild. Traceable. Flash-frozen at the source.

Refrigerate immediately upon delivery. Most proteins keep 3–5 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer. Produce is best used within 5–7 days. See the label for specific guidance.

Iron & Acre partners only with farms that meet our sourcing standards: pasture-raised or free-range animals, no routine antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones, and sustainable land practices. Many of our farms are USDA Certified Organic, Animal Welfare Approved, or Certified Humane — look for the badges on each product.

Unlike grocery store products, everything from Iron & Acre is sourced from farms we've personally visited. No middlemen, no warehouses, no mystery supply chains. Your food is packed the morning of delivery.
