Millers Farm – Arthur, IL

Amish-raised heritage pork. Pasture raised. Organic, soy-free feed. No confinement.

This is real pork — not the pale, watery grocery-store version.

These are true spare ribs, trimmed to a manageable size. Meaty, flavorful, and ideal for a smaller household or as an add-on to your delivery.

What You’re Getting

  • Approx. 1.5 lb rack
  • Heritage breed pork
  • Pasture raised
  • Certified organic, non-soy feed
  • Raised by Millers Farm (Arthur, IL)
  • Vacuum sealed and frozen at peak freshness

Why These Taste Different

Most pork is raised indoors on conventional corn and soy. That affects both the fat quality and the flavor.

Millers raises pigs outdoors. They move. They root. They eat clean feed.

The result:

  • Firmer, cleaner fat
  • Better browning
  • Richer, deeper flavor
  • No strange aftertaste

This is pork with structure and flavor.

How to Cook (Easy Version)

Oven method (weeknight friendly):

  1. Salt generously
  2. Wrap tightly in foil
  3. Bake at 300°F for about 2 hours
  4. Unwrap and finish uncovered 15–20 minutes to tighten the bark

Optional: brush with sauce at the end.

Not required.

These don’t need much.
