Bright, tangy, and deeply flavorful — our Mixed Milk Feta is crafted in the traditional Greek style, then aged for at least one month in whey brine to bring out its signature complexity. The result is a cheese that balances sharpness and salt with our hallmark creamy-crumbly texture, making it perfect for crumbling over salads, pairing with roasted vegetables, or serving alongside fresh bread and olives.

Unlike dry, overly salty feta you’ll find in the grocery store, ours is sold with the whey brine to preserve its freshness and authentic flavor. Every bite is a reminder of how good feta can be when it’s made with care.

Founded in 2004 and now led by Lauren and Jeffrey Brokish, Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery is more than a creamery — it’s a destination. The farmstead includes organic fruit orchards, restored prairie, and Caprae, their on-farm restaurant. Nearly 100 goats are raised in a rotational pasture system, producing the milk that makes their cheeses nationally celebrated.
