To make our chevre available year-round, we freeze surplus during the peak production season — preserving the exact same taste and texture you love. No shortcuts, no compromises. We promise you’ll never know the difference.

About Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery

Founded in 2004 and now led by Lauren and Jeffrey Brokish, Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery is more than a creamery — it’s a destination. The farmstead includes organic fruit orchards, restored prairie, and Caprae, their on-farm restaurant. Nearly 100 goats are raised in a rotational pasture system, producing the milk that makes their cheeses nationally celebrated. Every bite of this chevre carries their commitment to sustainable farming, artisanal craftsmanship, and community connection.
