Tortello Pomodoro Sauce — 12 oz

A bright, simple tomato sauce from Tortello, Chicago’s handmade pastificio and restaurant. Made with ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, extra-virgin olive oil and a short list of high-quality ingredients, the sauce is cooked for depth while staying light and fresh.

Warm it and toss with fresh pasta, spoon it over meatballs or chicken Parmesan, use it in a vegetable braise, or spread it as a simple pizza sauce.
