About This Product

After all, great food requires great coffee.

The Wild Roaster is a small-batch, woman-owned roastery based in Deerfield, Illinois. Every bag is roasted to order — a full one pound (not the typical 12oz) — and delivered fresh to your door alongside your Iron & Acre box. These are Deerfield's most-loved coffees, now available for home delivery.

Summer Daize — Medium roast. Bright, balanced, and endlessly drinkable. Notes of milk chocolate, citrus, and a clean finish. Our most popular blend.

D'Vine Intervention — Dark roast. Bold, smoky, and deeply satisfying. Rich chocolate and caramel with a full body. Perfect for those who take their coffee seriously.

Guatemalan Single Origin — Medium roast. A classic single-origin with notes of brown sugar, almond, and stone fruit. Clean and complex.

Smooth Jazz — Medium-light roast. Light, bright, and subtly sweet. Hints of chocolate and citrus with a smooth, easy finish.

Because Decaf — Medium roast. Mountain water process — no chemicals. All the flavor, none of the buzz. You shouldn't have to compromise.

Grind options: Whole Bean · Drip · French Press · Pour Over

Roasted to order. Requires 2 days notice. One full pound per bag.

Refrigerate immediately upon delivery. Most proteins keep 3–5 days in the fridge or up to 6 months in the freezer. Produce is best used within 5–7 days. See the label for specific guidance.

Iron & Acre partners only with farms that meet our sourcing standards: pasture-raised or free-range animals, no routine antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones, and sustainable land practices. Many of our farms are USDA Certified Organic, Animal Welfare Approved, or Certified Humane — look for the badges on each product.

Unlike grocery store products, everything from Iron & Acre is sourced from farms we've personally visited. No middlemen, no warehouses, no mystery supply chains. Your food is packed the morning of delivery.

We deliver bi-weekly on Thursdays to the North Shore and greater Chicagoland area. Orders must be placed by Sunday 5pm CST. Subscribe to save 10% on every delivery — skip or cancel anytime with no fees.
