Supporting Local, Tasting Incredible

Fortunate to have access to these quality grass-fed steaks. The flavor is rich and beefy, with a depth you just don’t get from other sources. Very happy with how these turned out. Cooked to 125°F using the America’s Test Kitchen pan-sear recipe: https://cooks.io/3R8gOm5 They’ve earned a spot in our regular rotation.

Top-notch Ribeyes and Filets!

We gave Iron & Acre a shot for no particular reason and we’re incredibly happy we did. Steaks (and bacon) were unreal, eggs were crazy fresh, and produce tasted like it came straight from the farm. A+ experience. Will be back.
