No subscription required. You order when you want, skip when you don't. There's no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee, and no auto-ship unless you choose it. If you do subscribe, you save 10% on every order and can pause or cancel anytime.

There's no strict minimum, but orders under $35 incur a small delivery fee. Most customers order $60–$120 per delivery. You'll see the exact delivery fee (if any) before you checkout.

Absolutely. If you're traveling or just don't need a delivery that cycle, simply don't place an order. If you're on a subscription, you can pause or skip from your account dashboard — no phone call required.

We stand behind every product. If something arrives damaged, isn't what you expected, or you're just not happy with it, reach out and we'll make it right — refund or credit, your choice.

Orders are packed in insulated cooler bags with dry ice or gel packs depending on the season. Everything is packed the morning of your delivery, not days in advance. Bags are curbside-recyclable.

Yes — you can edit your order up until the Sunday night cutoff before your delivery Thursday. After that, orders are locked in so we can coordinate with our farm partners.
