Layers of juicy strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are paired with creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and a touch of honey for sweetness. Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola (choose your favorite variety)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Rinse all berries thoroughly and pat dry. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
- Set out four clear glasses or parfait dishes. Spoon about 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt, followed by a handful of mixed berries. Drizzle a small amount of honey over the berries.
- Repeat the layers of yogurt, granola, berries, and honey until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
