A good ground beef recipe shouldn’t feel like a backup plan. With a little seasoning and smart sides, these juicy patties become the star of your plate — no grill required.

🛒 Ingredients
For the Patties:
- 1 lb pasture-raised ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Roasted Veg:
- 2–3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
🔪 Instructions
👉 Roasted Veg:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss veggies in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once.
👉 Beef Patties:
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, rosemary, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 4 evenly sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil or butter.
- Sear patties for ~4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness (internal temp 160°F).
- Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
