Iron & Acre’s Marry Me Chicken
Share
A creamy, dreamy skillet dinner worthy of a proposal—made weeknight simple.
💍 At the Top
They say this dish got its name because it’s that good—like, "put a ring on it" good. And while the restaurant version can be heavy and fussy, we’ve pared it back to just the essentials: tender pasture-raised chicken, a silky sun-dried tomato cream sauce, and a hit of fresh herbs.
This is rustic elegance at its best. Pair it with roasted potatoes, buttered noodles, or seasonal veg, and you’ve got yourself a meal that feels fancy—without any of the fuss.

🧑🌾 Iron & Acre Tip
Swap cream for full-fat Greek yogurt to lighten it up—or use bone-in thighs for extra flavor if you’ve got the time.
